Q. What if there isn’t the right puppy for me at this time?
A. It is understandable that it is hard to find the right puppy.
We have a reservation system that we utilize to find
the right puppy for customers. (breed, price, sex, etc.)

Q. Where is KimsKennel located and can I drop by?
A. KimsKennel is now operating in Gangnam, Seoul , South Korea.
Our address and business license can be found on our website.
If you are in Korea and will be able to visit us, the shipping fee will be waived.
Q. How long does it take to adopt a puppy?
A. A puppy has to be vaccinated and have a thorough
vet examination to ensure it is in good health.
The age of the puppy should be at least 4 months old.
Customers will be getting pictures and videos
while they wait for the puppy to reach that age.
Q. Mixed or Pure Breed?
A. Rest assured, KimsKennel has a pure bred guarantee system.
It would not be right for our customers to receive mixed breed puppies
when they have paid for pure bred.
Q. Life Span of Teacup Puppies
A. The life span of teacup puppies are not different
from that of ordinary puppies, except in some cases
where a teacup puppy is weak or suffers from exceptional circumstances.
Customers can easily look up cases like those online
or consult with us but they are very rare.
KimsKennel’s first priority is our puppies’ health.
Q. Am I actually getting the puppy
I saw in the videos that KimsKennel sent me?
A. KimsKennel sends customers videos of their puppies
on a regular basis until the customers get the puppies.
The videos we send out to customers are of high quality so
that you can easily recognize every little features of the puppies.
Q. What if the puppies get sick?
A. Puppies can have health problems.
If a puppy has a fatal virus related to disease,
KimsKennel takes responsibility for the cost of the puppy.

If customers are the cause of the puppy’s health issues,
our warranty does not cover those expenses.
